East Harptree Flower & Craft Show

2011 is the 21st Anniversary year of the East Harptree Flower and Craft Show. This year's show will be held in the Village Hall on Saturday 10th September with all proceeds as usual going towards the upkeep of the Children's Playground in the Village which is so widely used and enjoyed.

With 78 categories to enter and 7 Cups to be won there is something for everyone of all ages to enter. The afternoon is always fun with friendly rivalry between the exhibitors in all of the categories which include produce, flowers, arts and crafts.

Refreshments will be available on the day together with a raffle and other attractions to interest all of our visitors.

Prize List

As in previous years, cups and shields will be presented to the entrants gaining the most points in designated categories.

  • Shields will be awarded to each of the points winners in Groups A, B & C and a cup will be presented to the overall points winner of the three groups combined.
  • The Adult's Flowers & Crafts Cup will be presented to the overall points winner of Group D.
  • The East Harptree Trophy will be presented to the overall points winner of Group E.
  • The East Harptree Challenge Cup will be presented to the overall points winner of Group F.
  • The Ashwood Cup will be presented for the Best Exhibit by an under 16 year old in Groups A, B & C combined.
  • The East Harptree Women's Institute Cup will be presented for the best cake in Group E.
  • The Waldegrave Cup will be presented for the Best Exhibit in Group F.

    All cups will be presented annually and retained for 1 year.

    Judges decisions and EHFS Committee rulings will be final.
